Our first born turned SIX last week, it’s so hard to believe! I begged him to stay five a little longer, to not grow up, but he told me he couldn’t do it, he had to turn six even though he loved being five.
He did some amazing things this past year: learned to swim, learned to ride his bike, learned to read (when he wants to), became the world’s best big cousin, almost lost both bottom teeth, antagonized his little sister, taught her the alphabet, giggled a million times, and the list goes on and on…
No matter where he goes, people are always commenting on how happy he is, how he has the best smile. And while Momma and Daddy do get to see some ugliness here and there, he really does have a big heart and is the best helper around.
