It sure started getting gloomy during this in-home session, which meant a lot less light inside the house.  But since altering the weather is not my superpower, we had to embrace the day and roll with what we got...which was LOTS of beautiful moments and gorgeous, moody light inside their home.  They were where they felt most comfortable, and we all stayed dry! 

These mommas and big sister were obviously enamored with the newest member of the family, and even the cat made an appearance.  These are fleeting moments that beg to be remembered.  And I was so thrilled that Alexis let me capture images of her feeding her baby.  Whether by breast or by bottle, it is a really intimate moment that I believe every parent should be able to look back on.  After all, raising kiddos can zap your brain power, and you cannot remember it all!
