My kids call my mom Khaki. Khaki loves to keep her eyes open for things they will love as she volunteers at a local charity that resells clothes and furniture. I know each week she will bring them home a little bag and say, “I got you a little something.” It’s sweet, the items are cheap, and I don’t feel so bad re-donating them if we don’t use them for long.

While Sassy is not always the typical girliest of girls, she does love a little frill now and again. She’s recently taken a ballet class at our gym and instantly fell in love with this little number Khaki brought home on Friday. When she walked up to the window on a bit of a gloomy day outside, I begged her to let me snap a few pictures. She obliged, and I am so happy she did! The dress however, only made it a few more minutes because, as is no surprise, it was “too itchy.”
